TPM

Trichocereus Pachanoi Monstrosa is a broad term to describe many of the mutated Pachanoi although in this case refers to a clone usually referred to as Altman's TPM originally distributed by Altman's Plants Nursery of Vista California. A deeply notched plant with great color and show, always interesting to see what they produce. There are two distinct varieties of the Altman's TPM that I have seen refers to as the non Monstrosa and Monstrosa versions. One of the two rarely forms mutation or crests while the other readily crests. They both appear to be very similar generic wise.
